LA Muscle Tubs

Hi Gurjit, yes this is a good combination for your goals.
Hi Gurjit. It really depends on a number of factors such as how you look, what your goal is, in what period, what you have taken before etc etc. The best answer is probably to email info@lamuscle.com with more details so they can guide you fully. As a quick answer, you can do weights but 70% of max with higher reps and more cardio to concentrate more on the fat loss. Or you can stick to heavy weight training and do a little bit of cardio but not much to get bigger but still stay lean. Generally, cardio is counter-productive when trying to bulk up and when taking Norateen.
Hi Wayne, yes it is best to cut carbohydrates, especially too late in the day, alongside all junk, sweets, pastry, saturated fatty foods, fizzy drinks and "non foods".
