At 43 years of age, Wendy Ida came out of an abusive relationship and didn't know what to do with herself. So she decided to throw herself into the gym and a gruelling workout regime and lost 6 stones. The results were incredible. She worked out for 2 hours a day every day and soon she was entering competitions and winning.
It is true that she is blessed with great genetics but just look at this grandmother of three! She looks amazing and regularly gets mistaken for someone younger than even her own daughter! This is proof that you are never too old to start working out and that no matter what, you can have a great body and great health at any age.
