  • 1/3 Avocado
  • 2 Slices of rye bread
  • 1 Ounce smoked salmon
  • 1/2 Tbs chopped chives

Method:
  • Mash avocado and spread on 2 slices toasted rye bread.
  • Top each piece of toast with smoked salmon and chopped chives.
