        Muscle Building Pizza
        Did you even know such a thing could exist!?

        Looking for a tasty recipe for a high protein, low carb pizza that is
less than 350 calories per serving and it packs a whopping 42g protein per half
pizza? Did you even know such a thing could exist!?
Checkout this incredible recipe below
 
 
INGREDIENTS 
- 50 g cauliflower
 
- 1 egg
 
- 30 g low fat cheddar
 
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
 
- Handful of fresh chopped basil
 
- 100g sliced chicken breast
 
- 2 tsp mixed Italian herbs
 
- 50 g light mozzarella
 
- 30g mushrooms
 
- 1 chooped pepper
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
DIRECTIONS
- Blitz the cauliflower
in food processor
 
- Tip it into a large bowl, cover it and microwave for 7 Minutes
 
- Empty the cooked cauliflower onto a tea towel, let it cool for a few
minutes then bundle it up in the tea towel and squeeze the water from it.
 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, chicken, eggs, herbs and
cheddar. Mix everything with your hands so you have a ball of 'dough'.
 
- Spray a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray mound the cauliflower
dough onto the tray then flatten it out to make a pizza base shape, try and
make it as thin as you can.
 
- Bake for 15 Minutes until
the edges start to brown.
- Remove it from the oven and let it cool for 5 Minutes before adding the tomato puree
and the remaining ingredients.
- Place it back into the oven at 220 for 10 Minutes before serving.
