I'VE HEARD THAT CREATINE MONOHYDRATE IS BEST TAKEN WITH WARM WATER?

Where on earth do these rumours come from? The amazing thing is that there are literally "thousands" of athletes and bodybuilders out there who are taking Creatine with warm water and thinking why nothing is happening! Firstly, warm water does not stay in your digestive system as long as cold water. So for a start, you have less chances of any Creatine getting absorbed. Secondly, why are you taking Creatine with water? Where have you been for the last few years, Mars? You DO NOT take Creatine Monohydrate with water. You take it with Grape or Apple juice to get the muscle hormone Spike. This is what takes the Creatine into your muscles. Water does not do that! It seems that this whole "warm water" nonsense started when a company produced cheap Creatine which was literally like rock, so they got the bright idea to tell people to mix it with warm water to break it down!

I HAVE BEEN USING CREATINE MONOHYDRATE FOR A WHILE WITH LITTLE RESULTS!

Creatine will do what you want it to do. If you are doing "anaerobic" exercise (bodybuilding), then it will help you put more muscle on.
