Champion Geraint Nicholas wins again

Geraint Nicholas competed in the Welsh Championships in Swansea. He had won his class and the overall 100kg and qualified for next years British Masters Championships. His lifts were: 240kg squat, 135kg bench press and a 255kg deadlift.
