Phil Beniston wins World Championships

Despite having a severe chest infection LA Muscle's Sponsored Athlete Phil Beniston won the World Powerlifting Championships in his class (M40+, 100kg) with a new World Bench Press record of 202.5kg. He also won the Bench Press Championships in the same class.
In the run up to the competition Phil has been using IP4 which helped him to ease the tendinitis in his elbow.
Now Phil is preparing for the Championships in Mexico and hopes to perform even better.
