Graham Dowers sets the new British record
South Midlands Championships

Graham Dowers competed in the South Midlands Championships held on Sunday, 11th Novemeber.
It was a very good day for him as he managed to set the new British Bench Press record of 130kg. Also, he set new Regional records in the deadlift and total, which was 515kg. He was also presented the Best Lifter award on the day.
For the first time in the competition Graham also managed to deadlift 200kg.
Congratulations Graham, keep it up....
