Geraint Nicholas comes a close 2nd in BWLA 4 Nations

Geraint Nicholas competed in BWLA 4 Nations held in Swansea on October 11th. He lifted for Wales in the 90kg class and came 2nd with a 225kg squat, 137.5kg bench press and a 260kg deadlift. Also all the Welsh Team did well and won the overall team trophy. Geraint's lifts qualified him for the 2009 British Masters Powerlifting Championships, which will be held in Manchester at the end of March.
