Geraint Nicholas wins Bronze medal

Geraint Nicholas competed in the BWLA 4 Nations Championships held in Livingstone, Scotland. He lifted the open 100kg class for the Welsh Team and came home with Bronze medal, with a 245kg squat, 147.5kg bench press and a 282.5kg Deadlift.
Geraint's next competition is the BPO Deadlift Challenge, where he will be defending his champion title.
