If you’re new to CrossFit and looking to change up your regular weight training, then this is the perfect workout for you. 5 well-known exercises that you should already be familiar with. Although they should be familiar it and this is a good workout for beginners, it doesn’t make it easy. It’s still a tough workout and will require your full efforts to complete.
You’ll be doing these 5 exercises, one after the other, for 5 rounds. You get one minute of rest after each round, so after your treadmill sprints which is the last exercise. Repeat this five times in as short a period as you possibly can.
Although simple, this is a very effective workout and you will get fitter, stronger, more muscular and leaner. You will see a massive reduction in your body fat level and you can also progress on to other CrossFit workouts for better challenges.
