In 2000-2001 Ben, The Black Diamond won almost everything there was to win. He won the ANB, the BNBF and became the Worl's No.1 natural bodybuilder.
Ben then went on to the Musclemania Superbody in Miami and became a professional bodybuilder. You can see Ben's rise in the exclusive The Road To Musclemania Video/DVD.
Having taken 2 years out of competition, Ben is looking awesome. He has a much thicker and wider back and is bigger than ever before.
To almost everyone's amazement, Ben is 100% natural. He does not even use pro-hormones. He regularly uses LA Whey, Creatine Instant, Centurion and Sculpt.
As always he is meticulous with all his contest preparation. We mean, this guy was here and we offered him a protein shake. He would only use his own filtered mineral water. He was measuring the protein he was taking down to the last grains and he was setting his alarm for his next meal! Talk about precise!
