Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breast fillets
2 tablespoons tandoori paste cooking oil spray
120g low-fat tzatziki
Mixed salad or Spinach to serve
Directions
Instructions and steps:
1. Use a sharp knife to score each chicken fillet 3 times. Brush all over with tandoori paste and spray with cooking oil.
2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes each side or until brown and cooked through.
3. Divide green salad or spinach among serving plates. Top with sliced chicken and tzatziki.
