Simple Greek Yoghurt And Berries Recipe

This breakfast has several benefits, it is low in calories, high in protein, and has many other nutritional benefits. Each of the specific ingredients in this recipe is accompanied by the main health benefits. It is pretty easy to stay under 200 calories if you go for Greek yoghurt with 0% fat. Despite its low-calorie content, this is a good choice for someone who is used to eating something more substantial but doesn't feel like eating much for breakfast. In addition, because it contains around 20 grams of protein per serving, it also makes a fantastic mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack.
Ingredients
Organic Strawberries (200g) : Lowers cancer risk, promotes brain health, high in vitamin C
Total Greek Yoghurt (200g) : Increases immunity, contains calcium and protein
Ground Cinnamon : Lowers cholesterol, regulates blood sugar, reduces inflammation, reduces bloating
Desiccated coconut (10g) : High in healthy fats
Directions
Scoop 200 grams of Greek yoghurt into a bowl.
Wash a handful of fresh organic strawberries, chop them up, and add them to the bowl.
Dust with cinnamon and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
Serve and enjoy!
