These
ice cubes are a hassle free way of getting your daily BCCA and
Glutamine requirements and also jazz up any drink with a nice
Strawberry and Kiwi flavour.
Tip:
For a variety of flavour you can also add a dash of your favourite
squash.
Method
In a jug pour in 3/4 cup water and 1 scoop (10g) of Repo for every ice cube. The ice cube tray we used can make 14 ice cubes so that's 14 scoops of Repo.
Stir
the mixture until smooth and pour evenly into the ice cube tray.
Put
the ice cube tray in the freezer and leave for at least 3-4 hours to
form.
When solid and ready, put 2 ice cubes into your chosen drink and enjoy!
