This delicious, high protein smoothie is made of LA Whey protein, peaches, raspberries, banana and fresh custard. A fruity, creamy shake that's low in fat, packed with protein and enriched with energising fruits. A healthy remedy for the ideal breakfast and post workout shake.
Ingredients:
- 410g can peach halves
- One scoop LA Whey protein in banana
- 100g frozen raspberries, plus a few for garnish
- One banana
- 100ml orange juice
- 50ml fresh custard, plus a spoonful for garnish
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse peaches and place in a blender with raspberries. Add the LA Whey, banana, orange juice and fresh custard and whizz together.
2. Pour over ice, garnish with another spoonful of custard and a few raspberries. Best served chilled.
