Protein Nut Balls
A nutty alternative protein balls recipe from sponsored athlete, Dean Burchell

Ingredients
Wet Mix
- 2 tbsp set honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp LA Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate spread
Dry Mix
- 1 cup crunchy linseed
- ½ cup milled linseed
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup dried fruit
- 1 cup of nuts
- 2 scoops LA Whey Gold Chocolate protein powder
Method:
1. Heat the wet mix in a pan until melted.
2. Blend the dry mix and add to the wet mix coating the dry mix well.
3. Take off the heat and mould the mixture into balls, pop in the fridge and enjoy!
