Protein Packed Low Fat Chicken Pizza

which is packed with so much yummy goodness with protein. This pizza is low in
fat and low in calories, perfect for anyone wanting to stick to a healthy diet.
PIZZA INGREDIENTS
- 200g skinless chicken breast
- Watercress presto
- Fresh Vine Tomatoes
- Coconut based dairy free cheese
- Arugula
- Truffle oil
- Chia seeds
- Toasted Romano peppers
BASE INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
FOR THE BASE
Put
the flour into a large bowl then stir in the yeast and salt. Make a well,
pour in 200ml warm water and the olive oil and bring together with a wooden
spoon until you have a soft, fairly wet dough. Turn onto a lightly floured
surface and knead for 5 mins until smooth. Cover with a tea towel and set
aside. You can leave the dough to rise if you like, but it’s not essential for
a thin crust.
- Add ingredients onto the base (order of your choice)
- Cook for 20 minutes (more if you like it crispy)
- Take out the oven
- Enjoy the goodness of this delicious pizza
