This smoothie recipe is perfect for the summer. It's light, fruity and creamy, providing ice-cool refreshment with around 25g of protein too! LA Whey Gold Champagne has a distinct fruity taste of peaches so is the perfect ingredient. Give it a try!
INGREDIENTS
1 peach, pitted and sliced
2 scoops LA Whey Gold Champagne (or Vanilla if you don't have it)
1/2 cup low-fat/fat-free Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 cup ice
Yields 2 servings
DIRECTIONS
This drink couldn't be easier to make. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (2-3 minutes on pulse). If you want it thicker you can either add a bit more ice or if making it in advance, leave it in the fridge for up to an hour. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
Tip – If it's just for yourself then halve the recipe!
