High Protein Peanut Butter Smoothie

The combination of LA Whey and peanut butter
makes this smoothie ideal for those wanting to pack on muscle size. Throw in
some banana and Greek yoghurt and add some potassium to this sweet, satisfying
and nutritious protein smoothie.
Once you try it you will fall in love with this recipe right away.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

2 Scoops LA Whey Protein
- ·
3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- ·
1 cup low-fat milk, (optional, almond or soy milk)
- ·
1 frozen banana, pre-sliced
- ·
1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt, fat-free
- ·
2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar - honey is optional
- ·
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ·
Ice as needed
HOW TO MAKE
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add
ice according to desired thickness.
