Sensational LA Whey, Banana, Blueberry, and Oatmeal Pancakes
Mouthwatering Superfit Pancakes

A simple nutrition plan will ensure you go the distance and a lifetime of good health. There's no need to buy ready made pancakes or use pancake mixes which are mixed full of flour and sugar. All you need is some fruit, oatmeal and LA Whey Protein. The creamy and mouthwatering taste of LA Whey vanilla distinguishes these pancakes from all the others you may have tried. These not only taste divine but are packed with essential nutrition which will provide energy and well being.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop
LA Whey Protein Vanilla
- 3 egg
whites
- ½ cup
uncooked oatmeal

Medium
banana
- ½ cup
blueberries
2 tsp
baking powder
Directions
- Place
raw, uncooked oatmeal in a blender and blend until it becomes fine flour.

Add
eggs, banana, protein powder, and baking powder and blend on high until smooth.
- Add
the blueberries into the batter and mix using a spatula or spoon
- Place
a skillet on medium-high heat and measure about 1/8 cup or 2 tbsp of batter per
pancake.
- Cover
the pancake while they cook to help inside cook faster. Cook them for about 45
seconds to 1 minute on the first side, and then about 30-45 seconds on the other
side.
