Great tasting, low in fat protein lollies - a perfect treat to aid muscle growth
Light, tasty and full of protein

Sounds intriguing right? Well not only do they taste absolutely delicious but they're packed full of protein, which means you can indulge yourself without any guilt or regrets. It's the perfect snack!
Ingredients
1 scoop LA Whey (choc, van, banana)
4 tbsp peanut butter
2 bananas
2 tsp agave nectar
4 x lollypop sticks
few handfuls chopped mixed nuts
Method
Put the peanut butter in the microwave for around 30 seconds or until melted, add the scoop of LA Whey and mix until smooth.
Peel the bananas and insert a lollipop stick into one end
Dip one end in a tablespoon of peanut butter
Once the banana is coated in the peanut butter, roll it in the mixed nuts and put it in the freezer and wait for it to freeze for a few hours
Once frozen take it out of the freezer to enjoy as a delicious, protein packed snack.
