High Protein Pizza with a Low Carb Base
Guilt Free, Low Calorie Pizza

for a tasty recipe for a high protein, low carb pizza that is less than 350
calories per serving and it packs a whopping 42g protein per half pizza? Did
you even know such a thing could exist!?
Pizza is one of those epic foods that has the power to blow
many a healthy diet as some popular takeaway pizzas are loaded with more than
2500 calories. With this in mind LA Muscle brings you this exclusive mouth watering
and guilt free pizza.
Ingredients
Preparation Instructions
- Blitz the cauliflower in food processor until it
resembles cous cous.
- Tip it into a large bowl, cover it and microwave for 7
minutes.
- Empty the cooked cauliflower onto a tea towel, let it
cool for a few minutes then bundle it up in the tea towel and squeeze the
water from it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, pea
protein, eggs, herbs and cheddar. Mix everything with your hands so you
have a ball of 'dough'.
- Spray a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray mound
the cauliflower dough onto the tray then flatten it out to make a pizza
base shape, try and make it as thin as you can.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the edges start to brown.
