Here is a protein shake which is not only low in fat and calories but is also packed with flavour, essential nutrients and protein. Have this first thing in the morning and get your day started right.
Ingredients
1 scoop Slim Whey protein powder
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 peach
Handful of cherries
2 packets of Truvia sugar
300ml water
Directions.
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend for around 45 seconds. Pour out into a glass for this refreshing and energising shake.
