Just when you think you’ve seen enough avocado recipes to last a lifetime some avocado fanatics have come up with another. You can also make a batch of it and have enough to last a few servings.
Avocado on toast is already one of the most popular ways to enjoy avocado but one way to make it even more creamier is to combine it with actual butter.
This recipe is not only deliciously tasty but is also perfect for those following a keto diet or any low carb diet, due to it’s high fat content. Healthy fats we might add!
INGREDIENTS
1 medium ripe avocado
150g unsalted butter
½ lime, juice
Pinch of salt
METHOD
Add all of the ingredients in a food processor/blender and blend until smooth.
When smooth, empty it all into a tub and put it in the fridge for a few hours for sliceable butter spread.
