Method:
Combine in a large bowl
2 cup full of gluten free / buckwheat oats
3 mashed ripe bananas
Puréed Apple (whizz 2 chopped organic apples)
2 heaped tbsp of nut butter (I used homemade hazelnut and pecan and LA Muscle Peanut butter)
1 tsp organic coconut oil for greasing
15-18 minutes on a gentle heat (125 degrees)
Sprinkle with organic coconut palm sugar / coconut nectar
