This is an amazing great tasting shake which is ideal for breakfast and post workout nutrition.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 low fat banana yogurt
1 scoop LA Whey protein
1 table spoon Splenda sugar
1 table spoon peanut butter
200ml skimmed milk
Directions
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
