Sweet potato Squares
A Great protein packed and slow carb releasing Muscle building snack! Whey, Sweet potato squares

Ingredients:
- 113g
shredded sweet potato
- 1-½
tbsp Splenda/stevia
- 2
scoop’s Vanilla LA Whey
- 60ml
skim milk
- 2
tsp organic, unsweetened apple sauce
- 1
egg
- 113g
oat flour
- 1
tsp baking powder
- 3/4
tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4
tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4
cup chopped pecans
Method:
1. In a bowl, combine sweet potatoes, Splenda, milk, apple sauce, nuts and
egg. Mix together.
2. In a separate bowl mix flour, LA Whey, baking powder, cinnamon and
nutmeg.
3. Add sweet potato mixture to dry ingredients and mix to combine.
4. Pour into a square baking pan that has been sprayed, and bake at 350°F
for 25 minutes.
