Ingredients:
• 4-6 oz Salmon steak/fillet
• 1/2 tsp. salt & paprika
• 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil OR Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
• 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2-3 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
• 2 tbsp. light Caesar dressing
• Freshly grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese (about ½ - 1 small handful)
• 1 tbsp. slivered toasted almonds (optional)
• Add black pepper to taste!
Method:
1. Heat up a skillet/frying pan and stir the Salmon in the coconut oil/olive oil. Add salt and paprika.
2. Cook until lightly browned on each side
3. Top with freshly squeezed lemon juice and let it sit in the frying pan for about 1 minute
4. In a Large bowl, mix the romaine lettuce with the Caesar salad dressing and put it on a large plate, top off with Asiago/Parmesan cheese and you can also sprinkle the toasted almonds on now.
5. Place the Salmon (sliced) on top. You can sprinkle it with some more fresh lemon juice and black pepper!
