Ingredients:
• 2 egg whites
• 4 ozs fat free cream cheese
• 2 scoops vanilla LA Whey protein powder
• 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
• 1 cup pumpkin (puree) 1
• 2 cup splenda granular
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Spray 8 mini-loaf tins with non-stick spray, and distribute batter evenly.
4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
5. When the bars are done, flip them out of the pan onto a sheet of foil, chill and store in the fridge.
