Ingredients:
• 125ml skim milk
• 2 scoops vanilla LA Whey
• 115g strawberry-kiwi nonfat yogurt
• ½ cup frozen strawberries
• 1 kiwi without skin
• 15ml tablespoon lime juice
• 15ml tablespoon honey
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and ready to drink.
