Ingredients:
• 1-2 whole wheat tortilla
• 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter mixed in LA Whey protein (use 20ml of water so it turns out thick)
• 1 teaspoon of honey
• 1 sliced banana
Method:
1. Lay tortilla flat.
2. Add 1 scoop of LA Whey protein into a shaker, followed by 20ml of water.
3. Put in 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter in the shake and stir with a fork/spoon to get a thick consistency
4.Spread the peanut butter and protein on tortilla, followed by the Honey.
5.Place sliced pieces of banana in the middle. Wrap, and serve.
