Ingredients: 
• 4 eggs (2 white,2whole)
• 1 tsp tomato puree
• 20g wyke farms Super Light Cheese
Directions:
1. Whisk together all the eggs in a bowl
2. Pour mixture into a none stick frying pan
3. Once the bottom has set flip the eggs over
4. Spread 1 tsp of tomato puree over the surface and top with cheese
5. Once fully cooked transfer to a plate and enjoy!
