Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (almond also works)
• 1/2 cup skimmed milk
• 1 cup mixed berries
• 3-5 ice cubes
• 2 Scoops of LA Whey (flavour of your choice)
• 6 Whole Almonds
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients
2. Add to your LA Muscle Shaker
3.Enjoy within 30 minutes post workout
