Ingredients:
• 1 can of tuna
• 45g basmati rice
• 1/4 red onion
• Half lemon ( squeezed )
• 1/4 avocado
• Salt/Pepper ( optional )
Directions:
1. Boil Basmati rice for aprox 15-20 minutes.
2. Add rice to bowl.
3. Cut up red onion into strips, add to rice.
4. Drain tuna oil, add tuna to rice.
5. Cut up avocado into small squares, add to rice.
6. Squeeze lemon, add juice to rice.
7. Add salt/pepper
