Start off your day
with a nutritious protein green smoothie! Just add your favourite LA Muscle LA
Whey Gold Vanilla Protein Powder and some greens to your smoothie.
Ingredients:
2 scoops LA Whey Gold vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 banana
2 cups kale
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
