Ingredients:
• 1 Medium Potato
• 100g Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
• 100 gram tuna
• 100 gram cucumber
• 54g chopped Red onions (great for flavour)
Directions:
1. Bake potato in the Oven until cooked through.
2. Slice in half so that you can spread it open for the filling.
3. Next sprinkle over the cottage cheese and tuna.
4. Top with Cucumber and red onion
5. Enjoy
