Fruit Smoothie - A great treat post workout
Energising Post Workout Fruit Smoothie

RATE:
Ingredients:
- 250 ml semi skimmed/slimmed milk
- 1 large Banana
- 8/9 Strawberries and/or handful of Raspberries
- 1 Heaped Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
- 25g Oats
- 1-2 Scoops LA Whey
Method:
1. Measure, chop and put all ingredients in your LA Muscle Shaker
2. Blend and Enjoy.
