Ingredients:
• 120g ground oats
• 3 scoops LA Whey protein powder (Banana)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp ginger
• 2 egg whites
• 1 large ripe banana
• 250g stewed fresh Rhubarb
• Sweeten batter to taste (try Splenda or Stevia)
• Whip Cream (Optional)
Directions:
Mash banana and beat in egg. Thoroughly mix in other ingredients. Bake in TWO standard loaf tins for 40-50 minutes at 175 C.
Slice each loaf into eight pieces.
