Ingredients:
• 2 scoops LA Whey
• 1-2 cups mixed frozen berries
• 1 banana
• 16 oz water
• 8 oz vanilla almond milk
• dash of cinnamon
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to your LA Muscle Shaker
2. Blend until smooth consistency
3. Drink post workout for a tasty energy boosting shake
