Ingredients:
• 1 avocado
• 1 egg
• Pepper
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, have cast iron pan/baking tray in there.
2. Slice avocado in half, take out pit. Take pan out of the oven and put avocado halves in the pan. Crack the egg into the avocado.
3. Sprinkle pepper or whatever you want on top. Try bacon, chilli powder, red pepper flakes, etc.
4. Place pan back in the oven and cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Approx 10-20 minutes.
