Miami pro and fitness model Rebecca Bannister always
ensures she stays in shape all year round. To maintain her incredible figure
she keeps her diet on par by making sure she gets the protein and nutrients her body
needs to remain healthy and in top shape. On top of eating healthy,
Rebecca trains very hard as well as drinking at least 3 litres of water daily.
She is very secretive about what she eats as it has taken her years to master the art of nutrition and to get to where she wants to be (figure wise). However, she has agreed to share her diet exclusively with LA Muscle fans.

From analysing this diet, Rebecca tends to keep carbs low until she trains and has her only carb meal after training to replace her lost glycogen during training. Her protein is high and tends to keep a healthy level of healthy fats implemented into her diet. She likes to drink 3 litres of water day as she now knows the importance of hydration where before her water intake was not enough.
This diet is working well for her body type and she strongly believes that it will help bring her to more success in the fitness industry. Watch this space!!
