Man LOSES nose after 42 surgeries
Rodrigo Alves was not happy with his body and face

Brazilian Rodrigo Alves lives in London. It would be nice to say, at first glance he looks just like any other guy… but that is so not possible! At first glance he looks like….errmm… like… a toy? Or maybe something out of Madame Tussauds?
Rodrigo Alves has had 42 plastic surgeries and spent over £350k to look like… to look like…well, to like... like how he does. Some compare him to Ken, the toy figure. In the process of his many surgeries, Rodrigo lost part of his nose to a flesh-eating bug. He now has to have yet another surgery to take some tissue from his ribs to rebuild his nose - with the possibility of his lungs collapsing during surgery.
Most of Rodrigo’s body is surgically enhanced. Noticeably the face but also the “abs” you see in these photos are surgically created!
Surprisingly, Rodrigo says he is NOT addicted to plastic surgery. Anyway, judge for yourself whether you think Rodrigo looks better in his before (first photo) or subsequent photos. Either way, if he is happy, then who are others to judge...
On a serious note if you are not happy with your body to the point that you are considering extreme measures, it is probably a good idea to see your GP and see if they can refer you to a psychologist of some kind to see if they can help in the first instance. Remember that whatever you do to your body surgically can have permanent effects and as Rodrigo himself confesses, once you start, you will need to do constant maintenance.
