How to take:
Activator 1:
Non-training days: 3 tablets spaced throughout the day.
Training days: Take 3 tablets at the same time 30 minutes before your training.
Activator 2:
Non-training days: Take one tablet in the morning. Take one tablet at night.
Training days: Take one tablet before (or after) training. Take one tablet just before sleep.
Sculpt:
Take 1 capsule, 3 times a day with meals.
